Board of Directors

Michael Craycraft R.Ph.

Michael Craycraft has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Testicular Cancer Society since the organization's inception.

Mr. Craycraft is a registered pharmacist. He attended Xavier University and then graduated with a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati. He has worked as a pharmacist and in pharmacy management in various settings. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer in June 2006.

Brian Dowd

Brian Dowd has served as a member of the Testicular Cancer Society Board of Directors since the organization's inception.

Mr. Dowd is the founder of Team Down One, who’s mission is to raise money benefiting LIVESTRONG supporting critical programs that focus on survivorship. Brian is currently a volunteer LIVESTRONG Leader in the Jersey Shore area of New Jersey, a member of the Cancer Institute of New Jersey’s Survivor Advisory Board and a Mentor Angel for Imerman Angels. He has over 13 years senior management experience in the telecommunications industry and currently serves as Director, International Voice Network Engineering at TATA Communications. Brian received an Associate Applied Science Degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.

Lisa Kennedy

Lisa Kennedy has served as a member of the Testicular Cancer Society Board of Directors since the organization's inception.

Mrs. Kennedy graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science of Nursing. She has served as a Case Manager for past 10 years and is currently Nurse Utilization Management at UMR. Wife of Tim and Mother of three teenagers. She is a breast cancer survivor.

Thad Schoen

Thad Schoen has served as a member of the Testicular Cancer Society Board of Directors since the organization's inception.

Mr. Schoen graduated with a B.S. in Biology and a M.S. in Microbiology and Immunology from Florida Atlantic University. He has 10 years of clinical research experience in the cancer and multiple sclerosis fields, in addition to 20 years experience working in the hematology/oncology pharmaceutical industry. He currently is a Regional Account Manager for Alexion Pharmaceuticals. He was the past Treasurer for the American Lung Association for Broward, Glades and Henry Counties. He has also served as Committee Member of the Professional Fundraising & Project Committee for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society of West Palm Beach County and is a current member of the Oncology Nursing Society. He is a two-time testicular cancer survivor, being diagnosed 15 years apart.

Kevin Ary has served as Treasurer of the Testicular Cancer Society since the organization's inception.

Mr. Ary graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University in 1994. He is the owner and President of the Franklin Financial Group, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio.
